Why do the pages and the store layout look strange/different when I am using a different browser to chrome?
Our site uses Java and Ajax so be sure to have your Javascript enabled. Also remember to use an up to date browser. Although our site does work with most major browser types there may be a few browser/browser versions which are not compatible with our website (which we are sorry for). For the best user experience we recommend that you use the most up to date version of Google Chrome and try deleting your browser history.

What happens if something goes wrong with my order or delivery?

What currency will you charge me in if I am in a country outside the U.K ?
You will be charged in British Pounds Sterling (£). This does not affect the end price of the actual products much so do not worry. It will be the equivalent to the current currency exchange rate. These fees will be worked out automatically at your bank. We do not impose currency fees – however your bank may depending on their exchange policy.
What if I am not at home when the post person comes to deliver to my home?
If you’re not home, a new delivery will be attempted the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you. Some delivery services leave a slip in the door and allow you to go to a local sorting office with the tracking card to collect your delivery.
What Payment Methods can I use to buy your products?
At the moment we only accept card payments however this may change in the future. You can use PayPal or Stripe to pay for your products.
Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay for products on the store?
No, absolutely not. Simply follow the PayPal payment instructions and tick “I do not have a PayPal account” then follow the on screen instructions from there. For those of you who wish to you can also use Stripe.
How do I track my order(s)?
You can track your order simply by keeping hold of your tracking number that you were originally given once you bought your product on the Order Complete Form page. From here make sure you contact your courier and they will be able to tell you: what the status of your order is and where it is in the delivery process.
