Shipping Policy

Shipping costs

All deliveries on this site are FREE of charge. So you do not have to worry about paying for shipping! We will take care of that for you with great pleasure. Just choose the product you want to buy and we will get it to you after purchase. Simple!

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

For customers that order on our website we estimate that delivery is within 10 working days although often wait times are a lot quicker than this. We suggest that customers allow up to 20 working days to allow their package to be received. For larger orders the wait times could be a little longer and for customers who do place large orders some items may be delivered in separate packages to save on delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in this.

Should you have any queries regarding this please contact productsales@myhealthhouse.co.uk and put the title as “ Shipping times “ – we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note we can ship to PO Boxes however it is the customers sole responsibility to ensure that upon delivery the item is received at the address given and that they sign for it and that the parcel or package can be picked up and signed for. Should there be an error due to delivering to a PO Box then myhealthhouse.co.uk can take no responsibility for failed deliveries in this instance. If this occurs you will be offered an alternative which is to send it to a new address however you will have to arrange this – please contact your courier if this happens. PLEASE NOTE: At the moment we only ship to a select few countries. We are working to change this in the near future. Below is a list of countries and continents that we can ship to.

Mainland Europe including:

  • Unted Kingdom
  • France
  • Germany

Outside mainland Europe:

  • USA
  • China

Missing or Lost Package

myhealthhouse.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim – do not throw them away as we will need evidence to return goods. If you have any issues you should contact support@myhealthhouse.co.uk and put “ Damaged “ in the title along with your order number.

How to report missing or lost packages

If a package is lost or missing you should follow these steps:

  1. Firstly contact your courier as they deal with the delivery side of things and will be better able to assist you. Please have your order and delivery number ready and they will be able to help.
  2. If this fails you should contact us by emailing productsales@myhealthhouse.co.uk with details as to what has happened and when your purchased the product – please also include your items delivery number and your order number. You should create a title “ Missing “ in the title of your email. We will endeavour to reply as soon as possible, although please be patient and do not panic – we understand how frustrating and worrying it can be when deliveries run into issues and set backs and we do not want you to worry or become stressed. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to resolve the matter with ease.

International Shipping

Currently the only countries we officially serve that are outside of the UK are –

  • Germany
  • France
  • China
  • USA

However these countries could change over time, which we will inform our site users of should changes occur.

Customs, duties, and taxes

myhealthhouse.co.uk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
